I believe that running can be one of the greatest gifts we give ourselves in life. Running comes with many peaks and valleys. It will make you feel like you’re on top of the world, and the next day you may struggle to get out the door. In the end, I hope to help you build a healthy relationship with running and yourself. This is made possible by factoring in all the craziness of life and how we can work together to make your training as stress-free as possible. Often when chasing big goals you realize the process is what really mattered all along. I will help make this journey as fun as possible! My approach has a large focus on science-backed training, long-term growth and many self affirmations!
