My name is Eric Hamel, and I have completely fallen in love with running and everything it has done for me in my life. Running has allowed me to spend a summer training with the Kenyans in Iten, travel the US, and make the most amazing friendships that will last a lifetime!

While in college I competed at Western Washington University and Penn State University on their track & cross country teams. Here I earned a 14:11 5k PR and was a Team Captain for 3 years. After college I have represented team USA at the NACAC trail championships and focused on sub-ultra to 50k trail races.

I currently live in Flagstaff, Arizona where I am training to be the best athlete/person possible. What I love most about coaching is the community and connections built throughout the process!
